Pipeline: 64 sources → ingestion (every 30 min) → classification (16 topics, lexical) → cross-source matching (Jaccard) → story clustering → human review → publication.

Worker: trace-manifest-ingestion.philgeran.workers.dev with 5 cron triggers. D1 database (16 tables + pipeline_stages). 138 items ingested, awaiting 09:00 UTC classification run.

Next: Claim extraction, evidence labelling, conflict detection. Golden evaluation dataset under construction (45 tests passing).
